I recently discovered a love for writing and decided to expand my career in real estate by writing about my experiences.
As a result, my first book, Confessions of a Commercial Real Estate Broker, was written after a lifetime of working in real estate. In this book, I recall my 40+ years of working in the field of residential, “resi-mercial” and then commercial real estate only, plus I added interesting tidbits about related topics and historical events.
Writing my first book was such an enjoyable challenge that I decided to write other books, courses and seminars about commercial real estate, as well as books about my life and experiences.
In the near future, I will be adding additional books, articles and courses to aid you in the growth and success of your career and life.

I am currently one of a small percentage of brokers in the world who are both an an SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) which are two of the most widely recognized and sought designations after in the field of commercial real estate.
For the last 40+ years I have worked as a real estate broker, appraiser and investor in the Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky MSA.
This, along with having served as the President and Realtor of the Year of the Southern Indiana Realtor Association and the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, as President of the Boards of the Clark Regional Airport and Kentucky CCIM Chapter, and as a member of the CCIM Institute’s Board of Directors and the Clark County Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals, has given me a broad perspective of the commercial real estate market both regionally and nationally.
